In developing SSOMA fitness, we started providing other fun alternative activities that fit the family’s budget and time commitments.
In addition to offering martial arts such as Shotokan and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we are now offering Zumba for children and adults, adult boot camps, kids sports conditioning sessions, Spring & Summer Camps, (free) women self-defense workshops and more.
